Focus Groups & Interviews

Conduct confidential and/or anonymous focus groups and interviews with employees and internal and external key stakeholders on specific topics that may be sensitive, in situations where:

  • Facilitation by an outsider would be preferable
  • Data gathering to support survey design
  • Data gathering to socialize recommendations

 

Data Analysis & Recommendations

  • Aggregate, code and analyze the input collected
  • Develop actionable recommendations to achieve established goals
  • Create a report that provides information about the trends identified and possible recommendations for improvement
  • Provide consulting support to leaders and managers with implementation efforts

Meeting Facilitation and Collaboration

Provide support with all aspects, preparation through follow up actions, of onsite and/or virtual meeting facilitation including, but not limited to: 

  • Strategy development meetings
  • Business collaboration meetings
  • Leadership team meetings
  • Employee Resource Group and Business Resource Group meetings
  • Steering committee and advisory team meetings
 

WorkLife Integration

While WorkLife Integration is necessary for all employees, research shows, and the pandemic has reinforced, the disparity women face managing work and personal responsibilities. Work with organizations to:

  • Assess and recommend ways to leverage existing programs and benefits
  • Discontinue benefits that are not adding value
  • Suggest additional programs or benefits that support WorkLife Effectiveness at all stages of an employee’s career

Change Initiatives & Program Management

Assist with the development of a strategic roadmap and concrete project plan for implementing activities that will achieve the desired goals and objectives. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Developing team charters
  • Establishing and managing project timelines and deliverables
  • Providing subject matter expertise

Evaluation for Continuous Improvement

Support the organization in developing and implementing evaluation methodologies and metrics

  • Ensure activities and action plans are having the desired impact 
  • Modify the implementation and/or action plan based on input gathered 
  • Revise goals, objectives and timeline as appropriate

Coaching & Mentoring

Provide one-on-one coaching support to managers and leaders on:

  • Leadership
  • Management and supervision skills  
  • Collaboration and inclusion
  • Interpersonal relationships
  • Strategy development
  • Project design and development

Hybrid Ways of Working

Provide consultation and support for implementing team-based flexible/hybrid ways of working based on the organization/team’s unique needs and culture. The process is business-based and includes but is not limited to:

  • Gathering employee input (voice of the customer)
  • Customizing best practice guiding principles and norms
  • Implementing/Piloting principles and norms with the team
  • Evaluating the experience and course correcting for continuous improvement

Training

Facilitate virtual and/or in-person training (customized, existing or newly created) that is hands-on and interactive on topics related to Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, WorkLife Integration, Core Values, and Flexible/Hybrid Ways of Working, using company specific case studies and scenarios to enhance the training’s effectiveness.
